Inspections, Violations & Fining

Homeowners must sign a contract to join an HOA and are required to follow its rules, found in the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions (DRCC). These guidelines help maintain community harmony and protect property values. The DRCC can be accessed on this website along with many other official documents governing the Lochwood community. The LPOA Board investigates violations and enforces the Violation & Fining Policy as needed.
